No Show Fee / Outstanding Balance / Credit Card Fee - Policy
- Any client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least twenty-four hours notice will be considered a No-Show and your account will be charged a $25.00 fee. No additional appointments will be scheduled until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
- For new clients, a $25.00 fee will be required at the time of scheduling your first appointment. The $25.00 will go towards any costs associated with your first appointment. If you fail to show for your appointment, and have not contacted our office with at least a twenty-four hour notice, the $25.00 paid fee will go towards the appointment slot that was held for you and will not apply to other services or goods.
- Any client who has an outstanding balance must pay that balance in full prior to any new appointment being scheduled.
- As a courtesy, when time permits, we will make reminder calls for your appointment. If you do not receive a reminder call, message or text, the above Policy will remain in effect.
- The bill or cost of services provided to the client is for cash or check. If using a credit card, an additional 3.5% will be charged to the client to cover the associated fees.
- We are unable to offer any payment plans at this time. However, we offer third-party payment options via Care Credit or Scratch Pay, please speak with our staff if you are interested in these options.
